Feature and Follow #8

Feature and Follow is a weekly feature hosted by TWO hosts: Alison from Alison Can Read and Parajunkee from Parajunkee's View. Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way they will be able to show off more new blogs.

Rules:
1.) (REQUIRED) Follow the Follow My Book Blog Friday Hosts
2.) (REQUIRED) Follow the Featured Bloggers
3.) Put your Blog name and URL in the Linky thing. You can also grab the code if you would like to put it in your post.
4.) Grab the button and place it in a post, this post is for people to find a place to say ''hi'' and that they are now following you.
5.) If you are using Wordpress or another CMS that doesn't have GFC (Google Friend Connect) state in your posts how you would like to be followed.
6.) Follow Follow Follow as many as you can, as many as you want, or just follow a few. The whole point is to make new friends and find new blogs. Also don't just follow, comment and say ''hi''. Another blogger might not know you're a new follower if you don't say ''HI".
7.) If someone comments and say they are following you, be a dear and follow back. Spread the Love...and the followers.
8.) If you're new to the Follow Friday hop, comment and let the hosts know so they can check out your blog.

This weeks question:

How do you organize your books? Either at home on your bookshelves, or on your reading-device, or your bookish platform like Goodreads, Leafmarks or Booklikes.

On my bookshelves at home everything is super organized. All my different series and trilogies are placed together in order, all of my inspirational books are on the same shelf, and all of my stand alone's are placed together on the same shelf level. Now, on Goodreads, Kindle, and Overdrive everything is an absolute mess, with nothing organized. Whatever order they are found, downloaded, borrowed or bought is the order they stay in.  I've got 4 maybe 5 shelves on my Goodreads and 3 of them are the ones that I originally started with.

So how do you organize your books?

  4. OMG! That is exactly the way of my kindle and goodreads shelves! LOL! I can't be bothered to organize them, because why? I don't SEE them like I do my real shelves! Those are organized old school by author's last name!

    Here's my Follow Friday

  5. My Kindie is also a big mess. My Goodreads is well organized though since that's how I organize my actual bookshelves. I do it by genre and then alphabetically by author.

  6. Oh how I wish I were as organized as you! My books are currently wherever there's shelf space. Although I do make sure that series are kept together! My kindle is kind of mess too.

    1. Thank you for following and for stopping by Sophie. Right now I just don't have that many books. I'm sure when I get more I'll loose all sort of organization.

  7. We are so similar! My bookshelves are organized by series, size, and a little bit of color but my Goodreads and Kindle organization is a disaster. Lol! Oh well!
