What is this feature?

This feature will help create a bond between bookworms, because at the end if we don’t understand one another, then who is going to understand us? Plus we get to see how crazy we really are, and still call that normal. (haha!)

Confession:

I've always had this weird habit of when I find a book that I want to read I'll write it down in a notebook. I even have a special notebook I use that nothing else can be written in it, it's just for my books and I'll get kind of crazy if anyone tries to mess with it. Well, ever since I've started blogging and connecting with other book bloggers, I've began to start going to every blog page I follow and I'll sit and write book titles into my little notebook, and the more books in there the better lol. 

This weeks question:

Do you prefer using bookmarks, or bending the book page?

Definitely bookmarks! I'll use whatever I can find to use as a bookmark: business cards, scraps of paper, gum wrappers, and unopened band-aids. I use the unopened band-aids the most because my kids love to play with them so there are always some lying around. When I was in grade grade school I used to dog-ear the pages, but I thought that was how you were supposed to do it because everyone else in my class did it. It wasn't until I got a little older that I started to use a bookmark. Now that's all I'll use because when I started buying my own books I tried to keep them in the best possible condition.

Confession of the week:
I spend more time contemplating what books to read, borrow, or buy than I do what outfit to wear or what to fix for dinner. When I go to the library or the store I'll spend hours browsing the books. I'll check out the book covers, the synopsis, I'll read a little bit of it, and then move on to the next book until I have a pile of books to go through again. The process goes on and on until I have two or three books. 

Question of the week:
"If you would read only one book in your whole life, which one would it be?''

I don't know, that's a really hard question. I fall in love with almost every book I read and I don't think I could choose just one. Maybe if I could read only one book series in my life, I think I would choose either The Hunger Games or the Lux series. Those are the two series that I have had the biggest fangirl moments over. I hope I never see a day where I have to make the decision to pick only one book for the rest of my life.

My weekly confession:

I have tendency to not put my book down no matter what it is I'm doing other than driving.I know most of you are the same way: once we get into the book, we don't want to stop no matter what. So one of the crazy( not necessarily the craziest) things I do is when I go shopping at Wal-Mart. Just about every time I go there it takes me hours to finish my shopping. Not because there is that much that I have to buy, but because I'm bent over the buggy reading my tablet. I'll walk and read, and miss half the stuff I'm after then have to go back for it, and the whole time I'm there I'm reading. I know I get funny looks and stares but I'm usually so engrossed in the story that I don't notice and honestly it doesn't bother me. They just don't understand. 

My answer to the weekly question:
How far have you gone for your favorite author?

My towns' library is really small, as are the rest of the connected libraries in the county, and it takes them a while to get in a lot of new books. The neat thing is, that they also have an online library with a much larger selection of e-books, but it still takes them a while to get in the new titles. My library has forms you fill out where you can request books for them to order for the next shipment.  Well when I discovered Jennifer Armentrout's Lux series, I filled out a million of those bad boys between the online and downtown libraries. Sadly my physical library didn't get them but the online one did so it all worked out. So not all that exciting or extreme but hey I showed dedication.
